Story

After making the Popplet for Story Writing, we had to put the theory into practice. We were given a topic sentence to start or finish the story which was "Mark couldn't believe his good luck" and we were asked to use and underline:

- Five conectors
- Three sequence markers
- Two examples of direct speech

Here is my Story, which I wrote using the topic sentence:

Mark couldn't believe his good luck, First he won a car with the super-market prices, However, he is under age for driving. Then, the next day he got a 10 in a exam at school without studying. Later, he found one hundred dollars on a road, walking to his house while he was drinking a Gatorade. Above all with the money he found, he finally bought the bike he wanted. At present, he always goes to his house by bike, instead of walking.
He always tells his friends.
-"I can`t believe that day that I found that money. I really needed to buy my bike, I was very lucky"
He is always very grateful. And he also tells his friends:
-"Now I can go to school on my bike every day unlike Freddy, my brother, who always goes walking"
Finally, Mark finished the school and he gave the bike to Freedy as a gift.
